On June 26, together with our partners HSF Systém SK and the German investor Porta, we ceremoniously opened the eighth ASKO store – Nábytok in Slovakia. Together with two international brands Hornbach and SIKO bathrooms, the new store completes the integrity of the entire newly built shopping zone. How did the construction of the last part of the Hobby Park Prešov proceed?

After the successful completion of the residential project Residence Na Kolibe, we continue our efforts to create added value with a new project. The task of the still-life polyfunctional complex is to restore the neglected brownfield, bringing something new and beneficial to the site. The complex consisting of a dominant high-rise office building, a smaller boutique office building, a business hotel, a green courtyard, and a pleasant square will create a smaller local center for its future residents.

The Czech SIKO bathroom company is now an internationally renowned brand, but its foundation is built on traditional values and consideration. The consistency of corporate cultures has also been translated into business cooperation, which has resulted in the construction and opening of the thirteenth SIKO bathroom store in Slovakia.
The new era of development brings great challenges. Many of them arise from the current market situation and, above all, from the demands of customers, residents. The growing trend of e-commerce is putting pressure on logistics, whose task is to build centers that will meet customer requirements and at the same time enrich the surroundings.
