The new logistic park LOGspot Logatec, located 25 km from Ljubljana and 75 km from Koper, features a 26,000 m2 warehouse area, a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, and an air exchange heating/cooling system, making it independent of gas. It also includes electric vehicle charging stations and will hold a BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, the project represents an investment of over 20 million €, creating 50 new jobs and contributing approximately 55,000€ annually in NUSZ contributions.
The facility will serve as the cornerstone of Slovenia’s future largest industrial zone outside of Ljubljana, an initiative by the Municipality of Logatec to connect the two existing industrial areas.
The managing partner of Atrios, Mr. Michal Buban, has stated: »We are very excited to develop LOGspot Logatec and take the first step towards building Slovenia’s largest industrial zone outside of the capital. We are glad that the municipality supports the project and fully believe that the logistics centre will be a great success in Logatec and the wider region. «
With direct access to the A1 highway, not passing through any residential zones, the park offers a modern, ESG-compliant logistics facility designed to meet contemporary international standards.
