He is preparing the construction through his own company Asko Invest Slovakia. The logistics center is to serve as a transport and transshipment hub for Slovak stores. There will be a warehouse for furniture, home furnishings, and accessories. A partially two-story hall with a total floor area of almost nine thousand square meters and 76 parking spaces will be built on the almost two-hectare plot of land.
Four logistics units will be created in the hall. In addition to its own premises with an area of more than 4,200 m2, the building will also have rentable units with an area of one thousand to 1,500 m2.
