He is preparing the construction through his own company Asko Invest Slovakia. The logistics center is to serve as a transport and transshipment hub for Slovak stores. There will be a warehouse for furniture, home furnishings, and accessories. A partially two-story hall with a total floor area of almost nine thousand square meters and 76 parking spaces will be built on the almost two-hectare plot of land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four logistics units will be created in the hall. In addition to its own premises with an area of more than 4,200 m2<\/sup>, the building will also have rentable units with an area of one thousand to 1,500 m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
