We worked on the entire process for several years\u2014and today, it is officially open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hornbach Trnava, 2026\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XFeGrZVbgSI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f The project combines advanced technologies, including heating and cooling via water-to-water heat pumps. For cooling, the building primarily uses a&nbsp;so-called free cooling system, which harnesses the thermal capacity of groundwater without operating the heat pump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Additional environmental solutions also play an important role: a&nbsp;green roof with photovoltaic panels, a&nbsp;rooftop terrace, an evaporation pond, and a&nbsp;grove of mature trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Underground parking makes it possible to&nbsp;preserve a&nbsp;high proportion of greenery on the 44,610&nbsp;m\u00b2 site, with a&nbsp;built-up area of 13,175&nbsp;m\u00b2 and 9,683&nbsp;m\u00b2 covered by extensive green roofing.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 As a&nbsp;market leader, Hornbach once again shows it is always one step ahead.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project not only sets a&nbsp;new standard in retail development but also inspires others toward sustainable and forward-thinking solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has been nominated for the Best Retail Buildup Development of the Year award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3491,"template":"","typ":[76,77,77],"class_list":["post-3492","projekt","type-projekt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","typ-client-project","typ-partnersky-projekt-en"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/3492","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekt"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3491"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3492"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"typ","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/atrios.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/typ?post=3492"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
