LOGspot Logatec will be equipped with the latest technological solutions in accordance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LOGspot Logatec will seek BREEAM &#8220;Very Good&#8221;&nbsp;certification and will have photovoltaic facility installed on the roof. Cooling and heating will be provided by air-to-air heat pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LOGspot Logatec project is particularly special to&nbsp;us as we are involved as a&nbsp;fee developer through our Atrios Development division. The site is also one of the most challenging seismic&nbsp;areas in Slovenia, which requires a&nbsp;special approach to&nbsp;the project\u2019s structural solutions and the involvement of a&nbsp;professional team of experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction in Slovenia also requires a&nbsp;specific approach to&nbsp;legislation and permitting processes.
