As part of its activities, it decided to&nbsp;build a&nbsp;new hall in the neighbourhood of the existing logistics park in Lozorno, in direct connection with the existing building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"P3 Park D2, Lozorno, 2022\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4VfvJiT32S0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The logistics and production hall DC7.b has a&nbsp;rectangular floorplan with total dimensions of 227.8&nbsp;m x 100.9&nbsp;m a&nbsp;total built-up area of 20,260 m2. The shape of the building is based on the characteristics of the land and the investor&#8217;s&nbsp;requirements for its efficient use. For this reason, the shape is not a&nbsp;standard rectangle, but a&nbsp;hall with a&nbsp;more expressive division of the overall shape.
