Although the intention of the investor Nitra Invest was slowed down by the pandemic, the area is already taking on a&nbsp;more concrete form.&nbsp;<strong>Hornbach<\/strong>&nbsp;is the first store to&nbsp;open here, covering more than a&nbsp;tenth of the total area of 27 hectares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The popular hobby shop will offer Nitra residents and surrounding residents easy access via the R1 highway. Unlike the previously built stores of Hornbach, residents will be able to&nbsp;enjoy a&nbsp;new design concept.&nbsp;<strong>The building got a&nbsp;newer, more modern look.&nbsp;<\/strong>The changes affected both the outer shell and the inner layout. Unlike older concepts, the staff facilities are located directly above the main entrance, not at the back of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"HORNBACH Nitra, 2022\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9vzazJx-hhM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike older stores, the new store has active cooling. The building will primarily use up electricity produced from solar energy.&nbsp;<strong>Own photovoltaic power plant<\/strong>&nbsp;will provide the building with energy self-sufficiency. We found a&nbsp;suitable parcel for the client and prepared&nbsp;&nbsp;an architectural study for the Pantera park Business District.
