Real estate projects are often seen as the domain of major players \u2013 powerful investors, financial groups, or multinational corporations. In addition to our own capital and a bank loan for construction, PARQ Z\u00e1ti\u0161ie<\/strong> is also being financed through crowdfunding<\/strong> \u2013 collective investing that brings more than 200 individual investors<\/strong> into the project. This means that people outside the world of big business are actively participating in the development. Not just as future residents or visitors, but as co-creators<\/strong> \u2013 developers who are helping to shape the environment and create value alongside us through their decision to invest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
