Like many other cities, Bratislava faces challenges related to deteriorated and unused areas. These often neglected and dangerous spaces can negatively impact the quality of life for residents and the overall image of the city. The regeneration and revitalization of these areas offer numerous benefits for residents, businesses, and the city itself. In this blog post, we will explore why it is important to revitalize deteriorated areas and how this process unfolds. We will use our PARQ Z\u00e1ti\u0161ie project as an example, which revitalizes a neglected part of Bratislava and breathes new life into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
