The successful online fashion platform ABOUT YOU<\/strong> is already sending shipments from the new logistics center in Kostoln\u00e9 Kra\u010dany. From the modern hall plans the Log Center R7<\/a> to supply the countries of Central and Southern Europe. The tenant of the hall with the area of 55,000 m2, who is the provider of e-commerce and logistics solutions,\u00a0Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services,<\/strong>\u00a0will thus become one of the largest employers in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strategically located logistics center<\/strong>\u00a0provides access to efficient freight transport across the Central and Eastern Europe thanks to the connection to the R7 and D4 motorways southeast of Bratislava. The project was implemented in 2021 with regard to sustainability<\/strong>. The building is equipped with solar panels on the roof, charging stations for electric vehicles and green elements of the facade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partners for more than 10 years<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alongside GO ASSET<\/strong><\/a>, thanks to the Log Center R7 project, we managed to successfully further develop industrial parkt in the Kostoln\u00e9 Kra\u010dany and continue in the successful cooperation that has lasted for more than 10 years. We became a local partner of the developer and took care of a complex technical agenda. In addition to project and engineering activities, and project management of construction implementation, we also provided mediation of the acquisition of the entire site of 20 hectares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction was realised by Strabag, which is one of the leading construction companies in Slovakia. Strabag did all the construction work in record time and handed over the construction on the agreed date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Log Center R7 was also awarded by an expert jury in November and the project won 3 prestigious CIJ AWARDs. Log Center R7 was even declared the Best Development of the Year in Slovakia in 2021.
